Is there something you have turned to for comfort, stress relief or fun that is now adding more pressure onto your day to day living such as:

Zoning out on TV - comfort eating - shopping - drinking too much - taking drugs?

Has life worn you down, left you stressed out, anxious, unable to sleep or have any peace?

Do you want release?

If so, the Release Group is the place for you!

Release is a confidential group which offers support, an 8 week course and 1-1 coaching for people who want to break free.
